Soft production baseline draft
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026
These Terms are a practical baseline for using Glimra during soft production and private pilot. They are written in plain language and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before broad commercial launch.
What Glimra Provides
Glimra helps photographers create events, albums, and photo galleries, upload final images, and share public, private, or password-protected links with clients and guests.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, using accurate account information, and making sure anyone using your workspace follows these Terms.
Uploaded Content
You are responsible for photos, files, names, event details, and other content you upload or share. Do not upload illegal, infringing, abusive, harmful, privacy-violating, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Rights and Permissions
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, store, process, and share photos, including photos of guests, children, families, venues, and events. You retain ownership of your photos. You give Glimra permission to host, process, resize, display, and deliver them only as needed to provide the service.
Public, Private, and Password Links
You control which links and passwords you share. Password protection reduces access but cannot guarantee that a link, password, screenshot, or downloaded file will never be shared by someone else.
Soft Production Status
During private pilot, Glimra may change, improve, or remove features. Availability is not guaranteed, and the service is provided as a practical early production system.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Glimra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during soft production. To the extent permitted by law, Glimra disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Glimra and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or unauthorized sharing by recipients. Glimra's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Glimra in the three months before the claim, or 100 USD if no fees were paid.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Glimra and its operators harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your uploaded content, your sharing of links or passwords, your violation of these Terms, or your failure to obtain required rights or permissions.
Service Limits
Glimra may remove content, restrict sharing, or suspend access when needed for abuse prevention, security, legal requests, operational reliability, or violation of these Terms. Glimra is not professional or legal advice.
Termination and Deletion Requests
You may stop using Glimra at any time. You can request deletion or correction of account data and uploaded content, subject to technical, security, legal, or backup-retention limitations.
Governing Law
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and disputes are handled in the competent courts of Israel.
