Soft production baseline draft
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains the personal data Glimra expects to handle while operating a photo and event album service during soft production. It is a baseline draft, not a complete legal compliance program.
Data We Collect
Glimra may collect account data such as name, email, phone number if provided, business details, event and album metadata, uploaded photos and files, public-link and access-mode metadata, technical logs, and support messages. If print orders are used, order and shipping details may also be processed.
How We Use Data
We use data to provide the service, store and display albums, authenticate users, secure the product, support users, maintain operations, and improve Glimra when optional analytics are enabled.
Uploaded Photos
Photos are stored to provide album delivery and may be processed to create thumbnails, previews, optimized versions, or downloads. Glimra does not sell uploaded photos.
Sharing and Public Links
People with a public or password-protected link may access content according to the settings chosen by the account holder. Users are responsible for deciding what to publish and who receives links or passwords.
Processors and Vendors
Glimra may use infrastructure and service providers such as Cloudflare for hosting, storage, databases, and security, email providers such as Brevo or Resend when configured, analytics providers such as GA4 or Microsoft Clarity only when explicitly enabled, and payment providers if payments are added later.
Cookies and Analytics
Glimra uses essential cookies or browser storage for login, sessions, security, language preference, and visitor continuity. Non-essential analytics such as GA4 or Clarity are disabled by default in this baseline unless explicitly enabled after an appropriate consent approach is in place.
Retention
Data is generally retained while an account, event, album, or uploaded content remains active. Deletion may be available through app controls or by request, subject to backups, security logs, legal obligations, and operational limits.
Access, Correction, and Deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. We may need to verify your identity and account relationship before completing a request.
Children
Glimra may contain photos of children uploaded by account holders, such as family or event photos. Account holders are responsible for having permission to upload and share those photos. Glimra does not knowingly create accounts for children.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service, but no system is perfectly secure. Users should share sensitive albums and passwords carefully.
International Processing
Because Glimra may use global cloud infrastructure and vendors, data may be processed or stored outside your country. We work to use reputable providers and appropriate operational safeguards.
